The EDACS system used by the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Department and the City of Albuquerque contains 3 separate networks.
The first one is only used by the city and contains the public works employees. Organizations like the water department, garbage trucks, bus system, traffic engineering, etc. The frequencies in LCN order for that system are:

The second system is used by the Albuquerque Police Department, Airport Police, and I've heard Bernalillo County Fire Department dispatch as well. The frequencies for that network in LCN order are:

The third system is kind of a mystery. I think it's used by the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Department, but you can't hear any of the police communications which means both sides are transmitting in digital. On this network, I have heard Bernalillo County Fire Department dispatch but that's it and you can't hear the fire/rescue units in the field (they're digital). It's worth monitoring anyway because you never know what might come across. The frequencies in LCN order are:
