On May 1, 2000 Secretary of Defense William Cohen paid a visit to us on Camp Monteith. I had worked all night on shift (read surfing the 'net for 12 hours) but decided to stay awake and see what he had to say.
Here is the multipurpose building they had just finished
building on Camp Monteith. They later put in a really nice
gym floor but I never saw it finished, just being worked on.
This is the Secretary of Defense arriving.
